Inclusion criteria: Volunteers; both genders; nurses; nursing technicians

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers from other professional categories; vacations or licenses

It will be verified the improvement in knowledge about the correct identification of the patient, assessed by the number of correct answers in questionnaire II

Increased knowledge, assessed by at least 6 points in the number of correct answers to the post-intervention questionnaire
