Age
8 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Teachers of both sexes and different subjects from participating schools. Children and adolescents of both sexes, aged between 8 and 17 years old. Enrolled in and attending public and private schools in the city of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. Literate students, with reading and writing skills. Individuals with access to the internet and an electronic device, such as cell phone, tablet, computer, notebook. Teachers and students whose parents and/or guardians sign the Free and Consent Form Informed (TCLE), Consent Form for Photographs, Videos and Recordings, students who sign the Consent Form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with motor and cognitive disabilities, previously acquired physical disabilities, congenital and neurological disorders. Students who do not attend 70% of the program's classes. Teachers who do not attend training
