Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| It is expected to find after applying the multicomponent exercise protocol through the Menopause Rating Scale instrument, reduction in indices of intensity and frequency of climacteric symptoms in participants in the multicomponent treatment group compared to the control group, using the comparison method with analysis of variance between individual scores and average of total scores between groups obtained in the pre and post intervention. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| It is expected that by reducing the intensity of climacteric symptoms, the variables evaluated in the pre and post intervention related to quality of life (Utian Quality of Life Scale), stress (cortisol level), sleep quality (Pittsburgh Questionnaire), functional capacity (6-minute walk test) and physical performance (Short Physical Performance Battery) indicate improvement indices, through the method of comparison with analysis of variance between mean scores (intergroup and between groups) obtained in the pre and post intervention according to the parameters of each instrument. | — |
