Eligibility
Age
60 Years to No maximum
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: minimum age 60 years; healthy; sedentary; without the use of vitamin D supplementation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: have some physiological impairment that inhibits or reduces the absorption of vitamin D; have any medical restrictions on taking Vitamin D supplementation; score lower than 26 on the Mini Mental State Examination; Do not sign the free and informed consent form
