Interventions

Experimental group: 50 patients with a history of hospitalization for covid-19 will perform aerobic exercise on a treadmill
muscle strength training for upper, lower and trunk members
and inspiratory muscle training with intensity for 8 weeks with a frequency of 2 times a week Control group: 50 patients with a history of hospitalization for covid-19 who will perform the evaluations

Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients over 18 with a history of hospitalization for Sars-COVID-19; who are able to perform physical tests and who accept to participate in the rehabilitation protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individuals who have incomplete data; who do not sign the consent form; unable to perform physical evaluations; who do not accept to perform blood collection; unable to travel to the rehabilitation center

Increase in functional capacity at least 30 m after the intervention period of 8 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
10% increase in muscle strength of lower limbs, upper limbs and inspiratory muscles after 8 weeks of intervention;reduction of marked inflammatory blood after 8 weeks of intervention;increase in muscle thickness of lower limbs; increase in the angle of penation after 8 weeks of intervention;increase in the scores of the quality of life questionnaire after 8 weeks of intervention
