Age
60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 or over. Both sexes. Physically independent. Normal cognitive status or with mild cognitive impairment. Not included in physical exercise programs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of medications antidepressants and beta blockers. Decompensated illness as hypertension, arrhythmias, or other physical and/or psychological conditions that prevent them from participating in assessments and interventions
