Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that acute supplementation of beetroot juice, a source of dietary nitrate, can improve macro and microvascular function, optimize muscle endurance, stimulate angiogenesis and increase plasma nitrate and nitrite levels

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improved muscular endurance;Increased plasma nitrate and nitrite concentrations;Improved macro and microcirculation
