Taekwondo schools will be randomized into two groups in a hidden manner, previously carried out by a researcher not involved in the evaluations or interventions, in which the random order will be main
for the experimental group, 50 participants will perform, at the end of each Taekwondo class for six months, self-myofascial release techniques using a foam roller for muscles of the lower limbs (gast
for the control group, 50 participants will maintain their normal training routines for six months, without performing any specific technique at the end of each class

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must practice Taekwondo at least twice a week for two cycles; have at least 12 years old; both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: To perform some preventive monitoring within the practice of the sport; already be injured at the beginning of the study
