his is an experimental, double-blind study that will investigate the effects of myotherapy in healthy brachycephalic and dolichocephalic individuals after 4, 8, and 12 weeks of intervention. The non-p
intervention group 2 (G2), which will receive myotherapy combined with photobiomodulation at a dose of 9J per point
and the control group, in which participants will undergo myotherapy combined with photobiomodulation, but the equipment will not be activated. Participants will be randomly allocated through a draw.

Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants of both sexes; aged between 18 and 35 years; brachycephalic or dolichocephalic facial type; no cognitive or structural alterations in the orofacial and cervical region; no neurogenic diseases; no oral lesions causing pain or discomfort; lingual frenulum attached to the middle third and to the sublingual caruncles. Participants who do not present contraindications to phototherapy, verified through a contraindication questionnaire for photobiomodulation (photosensitivity, pregnancy, glaucoma, undiagnosed lesion on or near the area to be irradiated, infection at the application site, history of cancer, use of a pacemaker or other electronic implant) will be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who do not complete all the proposed tasks; who do not tolerate the IOPI bulb in the oral cavity; who use medications that cause muscle weakness within 48 hours prior to data collection; and those with allergies to the materials used will be excluded from the study
