Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To evaluate the effect of Pilates exercises on the risk of falls in transtibial amputees, verified by the history of falls and the relationship with the period of practice of the Pilates method based on the identification of parameters of gait, functionality and balance. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| It is expected to find an increase in the strength of the lower limbs, spatio-temporal gait parameters closer to reference values already defined in the literature for non-amputee subjects and an improvement in the balance of transtibial amputees. | — |
