Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be a nursing professional; be attending patient units in pediatric services at the time of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not answering the instrument in the pre-test; not answering the instrument in the post-test; not participating in the intervention as a whole; respondent the instrument incompletely
