Experimental group: 106 pregnant women will receive case management assistance ie nursing consultation (once a month), multiprofessional consultation (if necessary), educational actions (once a month)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnancy diagnosis. Gestational age less than twenty weeks. Residents in the city of Bandeirantes in Paraná. Registered in the prenatal information system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Interest in moving to another city. I leave in another city.

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a decrease in Premature Births, using the case management method, with a decrease of at least 5%.—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an improvement in Birth Weight (normal), using the case management method, with an improvement of at least 5%.;It is expected to find a decrease in neonatal mortality, using the case management method, with a decrease of at least 5%.—
