Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Will be included women aged 18 or over; between 45 days and six months postpartum; with diagnosis of diastasis, considered as from 2 cm of distance at a point of the extension of the linea alba, no history of previous abdominal aesthetic surgeries; do not have musculoskeletal disease that makes it impossible to perform the requested exercises.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women who miss 20% of the intervention or do not show up for evaluation; women diagnosed with midline abdominal hernia.
