Interventions

This is a randomized, single-blind, four-arm controlled clinical trial. For this purpose, eighty patients will be randomly assigned to 4 experimental groups (20 patients per group): no xenogeneic bone
xenogeneic bone graft in the implant-socket space (test group 1 = TG1)
xenogeneic bone graft in the implant socket lacuna and connective tissue graft on the facial aspect of the extraction socket (test group 2 = TG2)
xenogeneic bone graft in the implant socket lacuna and porcine collagen matrix on the facial aspect of the extraction socket (test group 3 = TG3).

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Good general health (physical and mental) at the time of the surgical procedure; agreement with the informed consent; Individuals between 18 and 60 years of age; patients of both genders; need for implant placement in the anterior region due to teeth indicated for extraction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers; alcohol abuse; drugs or medicines; positive history of systemic diseases that interfere with bone metabolism or treatment safety; coagulation disorders; serious heart disorders

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that the peri-implant mucosal position will be 1 mm more apical in the group without bone and soft tissue grafting compared to the groups in which bone and soft tissue grafts are performed in association with immediate implants with immediate loading placed using guided surgery.;It is expected that the implants placed using guided surgery will show linear deviations of less than 0.5 mm when comparing the final implant position after surgery with the planned implant position.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that the different treatment groups will show similar outcomes regarding patient satisfaction.;It is expected that the different treatment groups will show similar results regarding the clinical parameters of probing depth, clinical attachment level, and peri-implant bone level.
