In randomized and crossed study 10 participants will cycle under 3 conditions: with a clock running 60 minutes and lasting 60 minutes
with clock apparently showing 60 minutes but lasting 54 minutes

18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cyclists; minimum of 2 years of experience; training three times a week; 2 or more competitions in the last year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Medications or nutritional supplements users; Injury in the last 3 months.
