Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cyclists; minimum of 2 years of experience; training three times a week; 2 or more competitions in the last year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medications or nutritional supplements users; Injury in the last 3 months.

MeasureTime frame
The distance covered in meters during the 60-minute time, using a computerized meter on a treadmill, was 26.4 km/h on the regular clock, 20.7 km/h on the fast clock and 23.4 km/h on the slow clock.

Secondary

1: The maximum speed in kilometers per hour during the 60-minute time, by means of a computerized meter on a treadmill, was 25 km/h on the slow clock, 23 km/h on the fast clock and 21 km/h on the normal clock.;2: The subjective perception of effort during the 60-minute time, using the Borg scale, increased to 9 in the fast clock and to 7 in the slow and normal clocks.;3: Heart rate in beats per minute during the 60-minute time, via heart rate monitor, increased to 180 bpm on the fast clock and 170 bpm on the slow and normal clocks.;4: Blood glucose in milligrams per deciliter during the time of 60 minutes, using the colorimetric method, increased to 97.8 mg/dl on the slow clock, 91.4 mg/dl on the normal clock and 87 on the fast clock.
