Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly more than 60 years old; physically active; healthy; both genres
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Elderly people with cognitive impairment (MMSE more than 20); who use nutritional supplements; who are illiterate; or who use medications that affect cognition cannot participate in the study
