Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Self-reported symptoms of anxiety and/or stress; age between 18 and 60 years; regardless of sex
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of incision or tumor in the abdominal region; presence of fractures, rheumatic pathologies or infection in the acute phase; impossibility of understanding the proposed assessments
