Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers; normal acuity or corrected visual acuity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers with moderate chromatic alterations (protanomaly or deuteranomaly), strong (protanopia or deuteranopia) and achromatopsia; carriers of diseases or administering medication that could alter color vision; volunteers with a compromised emotional history; with a recent ocular surgical history; volunteers in which those responsible authorized them, however, they did not feel free to participate.In this sense, in addition to the authorization of those responsible for the volunteers, the children's choice to participate or not was also considered and respected

Expected outcome 1: It was expected to find influence of colors on the results of the cognitive development test and the answers scores of the Kidscreen 52 questionnaire ;Outcome found 1: Significant differences were observed in the results of the Human Figure Drawing test scores, Group I: girls, 9.6 and 10 years old, n=11 (p=0.0162) where cognitive performance in green was greater than blue (p=0.0433) and yellow greater than blue (p=0.0389). Group II: girls 10.6 and 11 years old, n=15 (p=0.0291) where control was greater than blue (p=0.0144). Group III: boys 10.6 and 11 years old, n=8 (p=0.0027) where control was greater than blue (p=0.0371), green (p=0.0157) and yellow (p= 0.0062)

Secondary outcome Found 1: There was a significant difference in the dimensions of the Kidscreen 52 questionnaire: Health and quality of life, volunteers between 9 and 10 years old, where the results in green were higher than in the control (p=0.04). In volunteers between 10 and 11 years old, significant differences were observed in the Feelings dimension, where results in blue were lower compared to green (p=0.04) and in the Emotional State dimension, results in yellow were higher compared to blue (p=0.02 ). Covering all age groups 9, 10 and 11 years old, the Bulliyng/teasing dimension showed significant differences between the control and the colors blue (p=0.03), green (p=0.02) and red (p=0.04) respectively;Expected Secondary Outcome 1: It was expected that colors could influence the scores on the Kidscreen 52 health-related quality of life questionnaire
