Age
50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: previous diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease; being undergoing pharmacological treatment for Parkinson's Disease; be at least 50 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: being in Hoehn & Yahr stages 4 or 5 of Parkinson's Disease; presenting other neurological diseases in addition to Parkinson's disease; present electrocardiographic alterations during exercise test suggestive of cardiovascular pathology; having a diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, cancer, or any type of dementia; score = 20 on the “Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)”; be performing aerobic training regularly; have musculoskeletal problems that interfere with performing aerobic exercise
