| It is expected to find through the applied questionnaires (Binge Eating Scale, Bulimic Investigatory Test Edinburgh, Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire, Eating Attitudes Test, The Three Factor Eating Questionnaire), that approximately 11% of the individuals evaluated show symptoms of eating disorders, such as bulimia and binge eating. In addition, it is believed that these symptoms will be associated with a greater presence of behaviors such as emotional eating and restricted or external eating. Still, it is expected to identify that individuals with symptoms of eating disorders have worse diet quality and higher consumption of ultra-processed foods, and consequently, the presence of changes associated with glucose metabolism, lipid and inflammatory profile. | — |
