Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 18 years of age, have good oral hygiene (plaque index < 20%), have all four third molars and have indication for dental extraction of all third molars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with periodontal disease, patients with systemic diseases or conditions or who use drugs that alter bone metabolism (except diabetics), decompensated diabetics (glycated hemoglobin above 8%), pregnant or lactating women, heavy smokers (above of 10 cigarettes daily), presence of periapical lesions, presence of pericoronitis lesions, patients allergic to penicillins

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Dual wavelength laser therapy will promote 10% more bone density and reduce edema by 15% compared to the application of laser therapy alone with red or infrared light, or in combination with extra and intraoral application. The use of articaine will promote a reduction in anesthesia time by 10% compared to the use of mepivacaine and bupivacaine.

MeasureTime frame
Dual wavelength laser therapy applied from outside to intraorally will improve soft tissue healing in 10% compared to laser therapy alone with red or infrared light, or in combination. with extra and intraoral application;Articaine will promote anesthetic sensation in third molar extraction surgeries for a similar time but with 10% less tubes than mepivacaine and bupivacaine
