The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of COVID-19 vaccines made available to healthcare professionals (HCWs). This is a multicenter observational study of the dynamic cohort type, co
2) HCWs not vaccinated against COVID-19, with a total of 14 participants. HCWs of any age, technical or higher level, and with an active link with the participating institutions or other health units
2) seroneutralization rate against Sars-Cov-2 pseudovirus
and 3) quality of the cellular immune response in a subgroup of study participants.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthcare workers; over the age of 18; both sexes; working in the public and/or private healthcare system in of Brazil
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who had been vaccinated for COVID-19 in a clinical trial taking place in parallel at the research sites
