Paclitaxel / Carboplatin Type of group
Paclitaxel 200 mg / m2 infusion 3 hrs. day 1 / Carboplatin 6 AUC inf. 15-30 minutes on day 1, repeat each cycle every 3 weeks for 6 cycles.
Group name:Paclitaxel / Carboplatin / Bevacizumab Type of group
Paclitaxel 200 mgr / m2 infusion 3 hrs. Day 1 / Carboplatin 6 AUC inf. 15-30 minutes on day 1 / Bevacizumab 15mgr./Kg. Inf. 90 minutes on day 1 after Carboplatin, repeat the cycles every 3 weeks for 6 cycles. After concluding the 6 courses will continue with Bevacizunimab only every 3 weeks until finding progression or toxicity not acceptable.

Measure:Toxicity and survival in patients with NM lung, not small cells with non-epidermolytic histology EC lll-B and EC IV treated with Carboplatin plus Paclitaxel +/- Bevadzumab.
