Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 18 - 65 years old accept to participate in study been healthy for the last 3 months No use of any medication in the last 3 months living in the study area for the last 10 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy smokers amenorrea in wommen with out pregnancy or menopause dislipidemia, diabete or metabolic sindrome sistolic blood preasure >140 and/or diastollic blood preasure >100 mm Hg score les than 50 in the health questionaire
