Azithromycin Type of group
Azithromycin will be administered weekly once for two weeks (it provides effective tissue levels for two weeks)
adults will receive 1.0 gram orally on days O and 8
Rifampicin Type of group
Rifampicin will be administered at the following doses for two weeks
adults will receive 600mg orally daily
children will receive 10mg / kg daily (without exceeding 600mg orally per day).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: 1-60 years Clinical diagnosis Able to give informed consent Without exclusion criteria Stay in the area for 2 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Lactation Oral contraceptives Chronic alcohol consumption Liver disease Medicines that interact Admission to the hospital for an unrelated cause Use of antibiotics in the previous 30 days
