For patients in whom axillary dissection is indicated (nodule macrometastatic sentinel or randomized micrometastatic sentinel node for axillary dissection) should be complete, including at least 2 levels defined by Breg, The conservation of the pectoralis minor muscle depends on the surgeons criteria.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Any age. Clinical, mammographic, uitrasonographic, or pathological diagnosis of breast carcinoma. A prior biopsy of the primary tumor is allowed, but the laminae and tumor block must be sent to the Coordination Center of the IBCSG for the Central of Pathological Review. No previous systematic therapy for breast cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with clinical evidence of distant metastasis. Any suspicious manifestation requires an appropriate investigation to exclude metastasis. Palpable axillary lymph node (s). Paget´s disease without invasive cancer. Paget´s disease with invasive cancer is allowed. Pregnancy or lactation.
