Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients should be women with breast adenocarcinoma, histologically confirmed, with a primary tumor of <5 cm and 1-3 positive axillary lymph nodes. Patients with positive lymph nodes only by cytokeratin staining and negative with hematoxylin-eosin are not eligible. Patients must not have received Trastuzumab previously.

Exclusion criteria: underage pregnant women
