Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of FA: Congestion and pharyngeal secretion. Malaise, microbiological diagnosis of FAE, defined by: POSITIVE culture to Streptococcus, Age> 18 years old, ability to give informed consent, patients without antibiotic treatment (48 h before the inclusion) in relation to the screening visit (0 day - visit 1)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute pharyngitis without secretion, History of allergy to penicillins by anamnesis, use of antibiotics in the last 48 hours, renal failure with serum creatinine> 1.5 mg/dL or calculated clearance (using the Cockcroft-Gault) that suggest a renal function <60 ml / min, any other clinical condition that the investigator believes.
