Ivermectin 6 mg Type of group
The treatment is administered orally in a single dose, ingested with water and on an empty stomach. The dose is determined by the patient body weight, at 150-200mcg per kilogram of weight / day, the number of days depends on the disease to be treated.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients diagnosed with Ss using the Baermann technique modified in the cup by Lumbreras, at the Parasitology Laboratory of the Institute of Tropical Medicine Alexander von Humboidt of the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. • Cultivation of agar on plate • Over 5 years • Non-pregnant • Voluntary signing of Informed Consent or Informed Consent in children (when applicable) and parent´s signature.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Diagnosed patients who are under 5 years old. • Mothers. • Non-acceptance of the signature of the Informed Consent.
