Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Enrollment in the participating school's BIOF track Regular participation in physical education Medical eligibility for physical education and high-intensity exercise Availability throughout the six-week programme Required written student assent or consent and parental or legal-guardian consent when applicable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic condition incompatible with high-intensity exercise Physical or medical ineligibility Treatment likely to alter cardiovascular responses Injury preventing running Absence of required consent
