Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with T2DM Age = 18 years Attending regular follow-up at the ACSH outpatient diabetes clinic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with T2DM Patients with known psychiatric problem /impairment or unable to provide informed consent Patients with incomplete medical records
