Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residents of the selected kebeles who have a CL cases, are aged 18 years or older, have resided in the study area for at least six months will be eligible for inclusion in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with currently enrolled in another CL related intervention study, those planning to relocate from the study area during the follow-up period will be excluded
