Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 21 years and older Presenting with a traumatic injury PHQ-8 score of 10 or greater at baseline (at least moderate depressive symptoms) Able and willing to provide informed consent Contactable for home-based follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PHQ-8 score below 10 at baseline Unable to provide informed consent

Change in depressive symptom severity, measured by the Patient Health Questionnaire-8 (PHQ-8)

Clinical response, defined as a 50% or greater reduction in PHQ-8 score from baseline;Remission, defined as a PHQ-8 score below 5
