Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: intermittent exotropia deviation of 45 PD to 65 PD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of strabismus surgery. Myopia greater than 6.00 D. in either eye. Hyperopia greater than 3.50 D. in either eye. coexisting vertical deviation >5 PD. Oblique muscle dysfunction. A or V pattern. Paralytic or restrictive strabismus. Nystagmus.
