Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male or female patients aged 16–25 years Diagnosed clinically with moderate inflammatory acne vulgaris Presence of inflammatory papules and/or pustules on the face Fitzpatrick skin phototype III, IV, or V Willing to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on topical or systemic acne therapy within the previous 4 weeks Pregnancy or lactation Prior history of a photosensitivity disorder Use of photosensitizing agents Presence of other dermatological diseases
