Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residing in the catchment area No prior breast cancer diagnosis Has no known plans to migrate from the area during the study life cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who don’t understand the study language: English, Kiswahili or Kimeru (Meru tribe local language) Women with breast cancer Women with other illnesses that preclude them from participation
