Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of both sexes aged 18 years or older Presence of multiple clinically diagnosed common warts No topical, systemic, or procedural wart treatment within the preceding month Ability and willingness to provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known hypersensitivity to methylene blue History of photosensitivity or diagnosed photodermatoses Pregnancy or lactation Severe autoimmune disease Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus Current or recent use of systemic corticosteroids or immunosuppressive therapy within the previous month
