Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients (12-70 years) of both sex with lung bullae or blebs, who are indicated for surgery either due to occurrence of spontaneous pneumothorax or large bulla causing dyspnea.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Less than 12 years old patients. Previous thoracic surgery.

| Presence of residual pneumothorax and pleural effusion by chest X ray. -Need for post operative intercostal drainage using thoracocentesis. -Length of ICU and hospital stay. -Time of pleural drains removal. -Amount of pleural fluid drainage. -Length of postoperative air leak. -Need for suction systems for management of residual pneumothorax. -Time and duration of first ambulation. - Numeric rating scale (NRS) pain score; 0, 1, 2 POD and before discharge and 2w and 2 months postoperatively. | — |
