Inclusion criteria: regular cycle of physiological length (28–30 days)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: illness or disease which could affect performance and health suffering from an injury which would affect performance premenstrual syndromes, pregnancy, contraception or hormonal supplementary, and injections through the previous 3 months
