Inclusion criteria: Infants aged between 1 month and 1 year. Infants diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism (CH). Infants accompanied by their mothers. CH diagnosis confirmed by qualified physicians and documented in official medical

Exclusion criteria: Infants with major co-existing mental or physical health problems. Infants with other congenital anomalies that could confound the study outcomes.
