Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female undergraduate students; non-athletes; apparently healthy; willing to participate voluntarily; able to attend exercise sessions; provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current musculoskeletal injury, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, pregnancy, participation in structured athletic training, or any condition preventing exercise participation.
