Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Completely edentulous mandible. - Minimum alveolar ridge bone height of 1.5-2.0 cm. - No previous alveolar bone augmentation procedure in the mandible. - Uniform bone height without protuberance, undercuts, sharp ridges, redundant soft tissue, or hypertrophy. - Ridge free from any bone pathology. - Free mobile mucosa allowing tension-free sulcus deepening. - Good oral hygiene.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Systemic disorders such as hepatic, respiratory, cardiac, endocrine, or metabolic impairment making the patient unfit for surgery. - Smoking or alcohol consumption. - Presence of any pathology in the planned procedure area.
