Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 45 years and older. 2. Residents of the selected rural kebeles in Bahir Dar City Administration, northwest Ethiopia. 3. Individuals who have lived in the selected household for at least six months prior to enrollment. 4. Able and willing to provide informed consent. 5. Available to participate in the intervention and follow-up assessments during the study period
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a confirmed diagnosis of dementia (e.g., Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, or other forms of dementia). 2. Individuals with severe cognitive impairment that would prevent participation in the intervention or study assessments. 3. Individuals who have resided in the household for less than six months. 4. Households with no eligible resident at the time of data collection.
