Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed histological diagnosis of breast cancer (any stage) Age 18 years and above Currently undergoing or having completed active cancer treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or hormonal therapy) within the past five years Ability to provide informed consent Score of 8 or higher on at least one subscale of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to listen to or speak Amharic Currently receiving or having received another form of psychological therapy Severe cognitive impairment or active psychosis that prevents questionnaire completion Pre-existing major psychiatric disorder diagnosed prior to cancer diagnosis Critically ill condition
