Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 years and above. Admitted to one of the participating tertiary referral hospitals during the implementation period. Clinical diagnosis of stroke according to the World Health Organization definition. Patients enrolled consecutively through the site-based stroke registry. Written informed consent provided by the participant or legally authorised representative, where required by the ethics protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 years. Diagnosis not meeting the World Health Organization clinical definition of stroke. Stroke mimic or alternative non-vascular neurological diagnosis. Admission outside the implementation period. Declined participation or consent not obtained, where applicable.
