Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Able to read and sign informed consent Did not have any systemic diseases Asked for need to do crowns on upper premolars (#14,24) either

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With systemic disease simple restored cavities badly broken-down tooth poor oral hygiene gingivitis or periodontitis alcohol abuse individuals

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical performance of hybrid ceramic crowns assessed using modified USPHS criteria, including color match, marginal discoloration, marginal adaptation, and surface roughness, over a 9-month follow-up period.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Color match of Vita Enamic and Cerasmart crowns assessed according to modified USPHS criteria. Marginal discoloration of crowns assessed according to modified USPHS criteria. Marginal adaptation of crowns assessed according to modified USPHS criteria. Surface roughness of crowns assessed according to modified USPHS criteria. Comparison of clinical performance between asthmatic and non-asthmatic participants and between Vita Enamic and Cerasmart crowns.
