Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult Patients 18 - 80 years ASA grade I - III Schedule for lower limb orthopaedic surgery under spinal anaesthesia signed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgeries other than lower limb orthopaedic surgery, Lower limb orthopaedic surgery under general anaesthesia Contraindications or allergy to study medication ASA grade IV and above Implant removal Tarsal, metatarsal surgery Pregnancy or breastfeeding Cognitive or mental impairment Declining to consent
