Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults =18 years undergoing neurosurgical care (trauma, tumor, spine and infections) with postoperative ICU and floor admissions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pediatric patients and end-of-life care only.

Design outcomes

Composite complication rate, defined as the occurrence of pre-specified medical and neurologic complications or in-hospital mortality. Medical complications include infection (urinary tract infection, pneumonia, surgical site infection, sepsis), venous thromboembolism, cardiac arrhythmia, need for intubation, acute kidney injury, and pressure ulcers. Neurologic complications include stroke or new motor deficits, intracranial hematoma, seizures, and unexplained decline in sensorium.;Modified Rankin Scale;Rates of of adherence to care recommendations by the LLM copilot or AI-driven changes per patient in post-implementation cohorts;Total Cost of Hospitalization	—
