Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Being female - Free from significant physical or psychological health conditions - Mindfulness-naive - Not currently engaging in a regular physical exercise regimen - Participants were high school students, and the intervention was school-based

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Students with health problems - Participants who did not complete 80% of the intervention
