Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: from 20 to 60 years ·              Sex: male and female.       Pelvicalyceal single stone 2 to 3 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with solitary kidney or bilateral urolithiasis. Active UTI       Patients with distal ureteric obstruction . Renal stones on Anomalous kidney Uncompansated Coagulopathy.

Decreasing the intrarenal temperature to prevent postoperative urinary tract infection after RIRS;The clarity  of the endoscopic surgical field according to visualization scale
